Public beta
The Service is currently a free public beta. Self-serve signup does not collect a card and does not charge to start. It is not a free trial and not a subscription. There is no beta fee to refund. An optional one-time founder setup ($200) is not required to start; we do not refund that setup unless required by law.
How to cancel
Cancel via the contact page, or in-product controls when those exist. There is no self-serve cancel button during the public beta. Either party may stop using the Service with 24 hours' notice during the beta (Terms §3).
Paid plans (after beta)
- Plans will be billed per location, monthly or annually, never per employee.
- When paid subscriptions exist, they renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will give notice before charging.
- Paid access continues through the end of the current billing period after you cancel.
- We do not refund partial periods unless required by law or agreed in writing.
