This page matches our Terms of Service §7. It is the public cancel / refund notice for Cut the Shift LLC.
Public beta
The Service is currently a free public beta. There is no charge and no card required. We do not bill during the beta, so there is nothing to refund for beta use.
How to cancel
Cancel via the contact page, or in-product controls when those exist. There is no self-serve cancel button during the free beta. Either party may stop using the Service with 24 hours' notice during the beta (Terms §3).
Paid plans (after beta)
- Plans will be billed per location, monthly or annually, never per employee.
- When paid subscriptions exist, they renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will give notice before charging.
- Paid access continues through the end of the current billing period after you cancel.
- We do not refund partial periods unless required by law or agreed in writing.
