Your choices

Use Essential only to stop PostHog product analytics in this browser. A Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is treated as Essential only. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break login.

Current choice: Not set (analytics on until you opt out)

Strictly necessary

  • session — first-party, httpOnly authentication cookie after login (about 7 days). Required to stay signed in.
  • location_id — first-party cookie remembering the active restaurant location (about 1 year). Required for multi-location accounts.
  • admin_session — first-party, used only during platform-admin impersonation support flows.
  • cts_analytics — stores your analytics preference (about 1 year) when you use the controls on this page or the banner.
  • Platform/hosting cookies may be set by Vercel for routing, security, or performance.

Analytics

We use PostHog (product analytics) on the web app. PostHog may set first-party cookies and/or local storage keys (commonly prefixed with ph_). Configuration uses person_profiles: identified_only so anonymous marketing traffic is not turned into person profiles until sign-in. The marketing site may also use Vercel Analytics for aggregated traffic.

There is no advertising / cross-context behavioral advertising cookie category as a business model.

Error monitoring

Sentry may run when configured, for crash and error diagnostics. It may use SDK storage rather than classic marketing cookies.

Local storage (app features)

The web app may store offline time-punch queues in browser local storage so punches can sync when connectivity returns.

Payments

If you use subscription checkout, Stripe may set cookies on checkout flows. Optional Square POS connection is for sales sync, not browser advertising cookies on our marketing site by default.

EU/UK prior-consent banner

Not shipped. The Service is offered for United States restaurants. A consent-management platform would be required before non-essential analytics if we serve EU/UK users under a confirmed EU/UK program.

Mobile apps

The iOS app uses OS permissions (location, notifications, camera/microphone when those features are used) and SDK storage rather than website cookies. Location is used for geofenced timeclock features as described in the Privacy Policy — not continuous live tracking as a product map. We do not currently offer an Android app.
